At 12:01 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010 Spring Period for Overloads and Period One for Service Rigs will come into effect on roads South of, and including Township 10. Roads north of Township 10 to Highway 1 will remain at Fall Period for Overloads and roads north of and including Hwy 1 will remain at Winter Period.
