At 12:01 a.m. Monday, March 1, 2010, the Spring Period for overloads and Period 1 for service rigs will come into effect on roads south of, and including, Hwy 16 from the B.C. Boundary to south of, not including Hwy 216 (in Edmonton) to south of, not including Hwy 14 to the Saskatchewan Boundary.
