Special Areas Board - Road Use Agreements & Permit Adjustments
Effective Monday, June 12th, 2023 Special Areas will be implementing the following changes to their current Road Use Agreement (RUA) and permitting process:
- Road Use Agreements will be processed by Roadata Services Ltd.
- All moves consisting of 6 or more loads (legal & overweight) moving to the same location within a 24 hour period will require a RUA and a permit; limited exemptions may apply.
- All self-propelled equipment traveling on local roadways will require a RUA and a permit.
