Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

• Roadata Services Ltd (RDS) has right to substitute with similar product
• Rewards points have No cash value
• If corporation paying for services requires employees to surrender points to corporate pool, RDS has the right to apply any points earned to the corporate pool
• Points are transferable based on individual unless corporate pooling is required
• Individuals may have same Rewards account earning rewards for permits issued to multiple companies
• The Rewards account holder shall Indemnify RDS against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands and cost (on a solicitor and his own client basis) which may be brought against or suffered by RDS or which it may sustain, pay or incur by reason of any matter or thing arising out or attributed to any act or omission of the account holder, its servants, agents, contractors or employees or any person the account holder is responsible at law in respect of the account holders use of the designated area or by reason of this agreement.
• RDS may terminate this or any related program at any time without cause
• No obligation for RDS to redeem any points earned if program is substantially modified or if the program ends
• Permit Agents will be eligible for collection of points only if the Agent Company pays for the RDS service charges
